Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 is a shooter first-person tactical for PC developed by Tripwire Interactive . The game takes place on the Eastern Front during World War II between 1941 and 1945. Red Orchestra: Ostfront 41-45 reproduces the clashes between the ‘ Soviet Union and Nazi Germany . The creators of the game, Tripwire Interactive , developed the game starting from their previous mod for Unreal Tournament 2004 , Red Orchestra: Combined Arms .

Red Orchestra focuses entirely on the mode multiplayer , leaving in single player simply the ‘practice’ mode that only allows to know the immense maps of the game and getting comfortable with guns.
