WMD Worms is a turn-based strategy of the Worms series , launched on 23 August 2016. It offers a style of play closest to Worms Armageddon , 1 while adding new features ranging from interactive vehicles like tanks to buildings that worms can go for protection. 2 The WMD subtitle received different meanings, many of which are expressed in the short teaser: Wonderful Multiplayer Destruction ; 3 We’ve Massive Discounts ; 4 We Make Devastation ; 5We’ll Make and Dangerous ; 6 Worms. Must. Die. ; 7 Well, that’s Me Dead! ; 8 Worms in Many Destinations ; 9 Walking Mechanized Destruction! ; 10 and We’re Mighty Dangerous .

Worms WMD is seen as the successor of Worms Armageddon ; Graphics and worms are returned to an interface 2D , and game elements such as classes, physical and dynamic objects of water are removed. A new feature includes the ability to make weapons gathering materials we create dismantling weapons we will not use or also collecting boxes of supplies that regularly fall on the battlefield. Added new weapons such as anti bunker bomb , attack OMG , the unwanted gift , among others and utilitiesphone as a battery and a bazooka that creates fiery explosions; Classic weapons like the return of Granada holy hand too. Also new to the series are the buildings that worms can enter a tactical advantage. Worms can make use of these buildings as a cover from enemy fire or to launch a surprise attack against enemy worms.

For the first time, they are introduced vehicles and turrets stationary that can alter the game in many ways. Worms can enter vehicles like tanks, helicopters and wicks . Stationary guns such as machine guns, mortar, flame throwers and sniper, can be used to further damage within the line of sight. Both vehicles and turrets can be damaged and become unusable if they suffer excessive damage, after which they explode.

The campaign mode with 30 missions including several additional challenges. Cracion Games is not just about choosing the map and victory conditions, but also deciding whether or not to vehicles, the ratio of occurrence of weapons, and plenty of other options with which it is easier to customize the action.
